This is a recurring offset payment option of $50/month or $600/year.
 Each of the following three totals describes an offset scenario for this monthly subscription.

* An annual offset for driving 1 large pickup and 1 delivery van 10,000 miles per year each at 15 mpg
* An annual offset for one or multiple people flying a total of 80,000 miles, (8 trips to Anchorage, 10 to Seattle, 4 to Europe)
* 12 months of home or office space offset for roughly 3600 square feet of living or working space
